Re-Fer

Description
The almost 100-year-old historic Felsenhof on Pelikanstrasse in Zurich was completely renovated. Due to changes in the static system, various concrete ceilings were reinforced on the upper side with re-bar in grooves and on the bottom side with re-plate lamellas. This allowed both the normative deflections and the bending resistances to be complied with.
